"So I was in the Drive-Thru today and the car in front of me was being very rude to the worker. I overheard the customer yelling at her wanting the worker to give her demanding to give her a cup of cheddar and I heard the worker tell her that she had to pay the lady was very rude to her when I got up to the window the young lady was very nice to me I asked what her name was she said her name was Jamie and I apologize to her for the lady in front of me the way she was treating her do you know sometimes all it takes is for someone to be nice to you and even a smile and this worker went above and beyond and was very nice to me"
